The Magic UAB investment in design and marketing innovation”
In order to increase the company’s turnover and competitiveness, UAB “The Magic” plans to create an original design for the service during the project. The project activities will involve the acquisition of design services and the development and implementation of marketing innovation services. The successful implementation of the project will result in a corresponding increase in sales and financial performance of The Magic UAB, helping the company to recover from the financial difficulties of the pandemic. The project is being implemented under Measure 13.1.1-LVPA-K-861 ‘Creative Vouchers COVID-19’.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Implementation of an e-commerce model at The Magic UAB
To respond to the consequences of Covid-19 and the changed circumstances, the company decided to increase its operational efficiency by implementing e-commerce solutions. After the successful implementation of the project, the results (e-commerce model) will be directly used in the company’s operations, i.e. sales through customer self-service solutions.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The objective of the project is to introduce information technology to manage business transactions electronically to increase revenue growth.
